The skill that I think that most people could benefit from is communication skills it is a skill that many of us have not mastered. Communication is a way of life it is how we understand each other or misunderstand each other. Communication skills will make you or brake you in your career. The ability or the skill to transfer ones thoughts and ideas and being understood the same effective way is known as communication skills.
It is one of the greatest skills of importance in any career we must learn to communicate with our coworkers and understand what they are asking of us. If you are someone in sales you would use your communications skills in order to make a sale having good communication skills would help you understand exactly what the customer is looking for. Having this skill would make a sales person very successful. For example a teacher may also benefit from having great communication skills he or she will need to understand each students needs they may use a different approach on different learning abilities. Also being able to communicate with the parents properly is a skill that is required of a teacher. It is almost impossible to be in any career where you will not use communication. We may also benefit from effective communication skills when we are looking for a job knowing how to respond to the questions at an interview. When an employer is looking to hire they already know what kind of a person they are looking for we only get one chance to make a good first impression.
Effective communication can also bring you happiness by having joyous relationships, it reduces anger of both parties talking, and correctly expressing themselves. Communication is what makes us interesting it lets you connect with people.
