Master Skills
People all over the place use different skills each and every day, some in which you benefit from and others you do not as much. A skill in which I truly believe would benefit every human being if every person would master it and use it on a daily basis. The skill I am talking about is Leadership. Leadership has many different benefits such as loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal change. As I go through each of these different parts that combine to make leadership I hope to persuade and also encourage everyone to begin using the leadership skill as much as possible.
Loyalty and duty in leadership is so very important it shows that a person is devoted and respects one another. Loyalty can make your life so much more stress-free if you can have faith in a person, and a person who is devoted to the type of respectfulness and politeness you show. Having loyalty is the trust in every relationship, without trust you don't have a relationship. Duty in leadership is very important because it shows your responsibility and moral obligation to your duty, task, and or service. Even so much as showing up for jury duty when you are called in to shows your devotion to your duties, tasks and services. Having commitment for your obligations are great for your self esteem towards leadership as well as respect from others who can see this skill benefiting you through this skill.
Respect and selfless service are another great step in leadership. Treating others with appreciation instead of ignorance can go a long way. Also having polite expressions, saying excuse me or thank you, your welcome, bless you, have a nice day, good morning, good afternoon, good night, or good evening are many other polite expressions along with many more shows great maturity and also improves your trust level with another being.
