Product
The proposed business 3Cs Saluyot Fabric Manufacturing, offers textile products (jute fibers and fabrics). The proposed business’ product-mix width consists of one product line. Since the designs of the product could be a decisive advantage, the proponents will offer a good and fashionable designs which could also be adopted to young people as end users. The product will be of good packaging for a better appearance and a convenient use to the customers.
To some businesses, environment awareness would be a threat. And since the proposed product is environmentally friendly, the product can get advantage to these segments.
In addition, the proponents are planning to adopt and grab the opportunities to offer different diversified products of the saluyot (jute) in the near future. Such diversified products are: cosmetics, paints, and even biomass fuel.

Place
The proposed business’ Channels of Distribution strategy will be a three-level channel. This will be the wholesalers and the retailers entire Pangasinan which will serve as the median to the end consumers.

As part of its expansion, the proponents are planning to capture the exporters and manufacturers of different native and indigenous materials such as jute as its market. Prior to this expansion, amateur and well-known designers from the different side of the country will be one of its target markets.

Price
The proposed business will have different approach in its pricing strategy depending on its market segment. Due to its introduction stage, (where the primary goal is to establish a market and build primary demand for the product), penetration pricing strategy will be implemented where the introductory price is set low. With this pricing strategy, the proponents are expecting to penetrate its wholesalers and retailers market in Pangasinan.
