A Diet Shop

Introduction:

Many people in our country are living with the disease “Diabetes” and the number is large. Now diabetes is not a disease for only old people. A huge number of children are also diabetes patients.

Ibrahim Memorial Hospital or Bardem is the only reputed institute for the treatment of diabetes. Daily a lot of diabetic persons from all over the country visit Birdem Hospital for treatment.

Sugar is totally prohibited for the diabetic person. Many health conscious persons also avoid sugar. But they are very much eager to consume sweet food. They always trance of eating sweets.

We know that some of the companies now producing sweet foods with artificial sweetener. But they are not available at every shop. People also don’t know actually these sugar free products are available. Customers cannot have all these products from a single place.

So I want to establish a shop at a convenient area where all the sugar free products of all the companies will be available.

Target Market:

I have selected a narrower buyer segment which consists of diabetic persons and health conscious persons coming at Bardem for treatment and at Ramna Park and Sohrawardi Uddan for physical exercise.
