THE BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Introduction Computer has a very important role in today’s society; in private companies, government agencies, universities or even in most minor entity needed for a fast, accurate and storage capability access in manipulating the information. The significance of computers in our society has come up with many changes in our personal lives. With the rapid taking place of technological advancement, highly innovative computer technologies that convey significant information are now emerging. Initiated by highly innovative computer technology, new possibilities of conveying information are opening up. Internet and computerized information becomes popular. Information that is published in the internet has become important in almost every area of modern life and economy. Online Publishing enables the information shared through internet. Published information such as news, events and activities will be available to anyone, anywhere without going to the real place.
Current Operations In Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, (VMUF) School Publishing is done by giving a printed copy of the published materials such as School News Paper and Literary Folios. It was normally first come, first serve basis.
Conceptual Framework of the Study
The proposed system will absolutely lessen the burden of the virginians.
The staff will input their works such as nocturne, photos, and drawings and can edit the comment of visitors in the proposed system. The proposed system is fast and accurate in displaying the published files in the world wide web(www).
