Discuss the fragility of civilization against the destructive powers of fear.

Civility is the way people in a social order behave amongst each other and is principally the guidelines and laws in society.   Civility and civil virtue is left out of order every day as you read this. It is impossible to prevent in this day of life in this highly organized society and over populated world.   Although virtue is a powerful word, civilization today is weak as it was 100 years past.   It is controlled and the puppeteer is government.  
"He who asks questions is the one controlled and it is because he fears and wants to be comforted."   Civilization is controlled by fear, lack of knowledge, excess of false knowledge and comparison.   Society needs to feel threatened to work properly otherwise it will be corrupt.   It will feel too safe and then feel in control, it won't feel that it needs some one to help it survive, won't need a government.  
We find fear everywhere, every day in many ways.   Entire population panics when a little something happens about 3000 miles away on the other side of the country.   The media some times over exaggerate the facts and the government lets them do so because they understand this will keep the country alert.   The government is grateful of the media but also tries to avoid it, if not; it could be brought to end by the large amount of information and wrongful ideas the media controls, and its ability to send this information is overwhelming.
The government tries to control what goes through the media and most of the time would threaten its closure, if it menaces their rein on the country.   If some terrorizing statements do not meet the terms with the government, and if the people are lucky, they will know what is going on, but otherwise they will know nothing at all.   Basically the government has a tight grip on what we know.
