At Liberty Regional Medical Center, the compensation for employees can come in forms of pay, benefits, and incentives. An employee’s base pay is determined by the job he/she performs. Employees can earn an annual pay raise based on their work performance. This is determined through the use of performance evaluations. In addition to an employee’s base pay, workers are given opportunities to earn shift differential for working second or third shift. The benefit package for fulltime employees can include medical, dental, vision, and a 403-B retirement plan. Besides benefits, employees are also given opportunities to earn incentives.
