This paper will examine how educational tools help students to attain higher education goals. In this instance, the higher education is a master in business administration. The goal or mountain top' is graduating with a 3.0 or above grade point average. The educational tools create the practice of culture, ethics, drive, and discipline in the individual. They are designed to build a foundation of prosperity and stability in the present and future life of the student.

Introduction
Everyone feels the desire to reach the mountain top' of their goals, but very few succeed. "Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything." (Quotes.com- Napoleon Hill, 2007). Attaining the MBA degree at the University of Phoenix represents a mountain top right now. The goal is apparent, the path is well lit and the journey offers challenges. However, the desire to achieve climbing to the top of this mountain takes discipline. Maintained desire and drive to stay disciplined on the journey is necessary in the pursuit of success.
Problem Statement
Educational tools are necessary for getting to the mountain top when bombarded with challenges and distractions along the way. Tools are pieces of equipment meant to be used to repair, build, break down, take apart, construct, bury, dig and adhere in order to complete a task.
