Most managers agree that the success of any organization is determined by the efforts of the people in it. Also they say that problems relating to an employee behavior are the most complicated.
Questions that arise include “How do you get people to do what you want them to do?” and “How can one be sure that people will do their work without a supervisor constantly watching them?” Because the human resources in an organization are an important part of how well it performs, these questions are of major concern to managers.
