When a girl named Julie gets a letter from a mysterious person, her life and three friends of her?s are brought back to the night when they hit the little boy on a bicycle. The past continues to haunt them with news clippings of the accident taped on doors, weird letters, and mysterious phone calls. But when the driver of the car Barry gets shot out of no were of they think someone found out. Meanwhile Barry, also Helen's boyfriend, is in the hospital. They found out the stalkers name. It was Bud but he changed it to Collie. And he?s been stalking all 4 of them for one reason and that reason was his brother. Collie was the brother of the little boy on the bicycle, and had witnessed the accident with his own eyes. He tortured Helen with every detail about his revenge against Barry her boyfreind, and her close friend Julie. So then Collie asked Julie to come outside not knowing him Julie finally gives into walking outside he immediately he strangles her and she blacks out. But she is soon awoken by her boyfriend Ray. Ray had come in the nick of time to save his girlfreind. After that happened the police came with a woman, Helen, she had gave julie a tip before losing her consciousness and from a terrible fall from a apartment window.
