1. Integrated Repair Complex
IRC centre was established in alpha Dockyard in 16 Aug 1996 to undertake various multiskilling jobs. Since then the centre has been carrying out various multiskilling jobs there by reducing manpower, time delay in coordination and cost factor. Young apprentices join this centre for one year, where they are given exposure of various multiskilling jobs before they are transferred to main centre.
