King Tut
I King Tut or Tutankhamun was born on 1341B.C.E and died 1323B.C.E in Egypt. I king Tut ruled over Egypt from 1361-1352 B.C.E, also became the twelfth Egyptian pharaoh of the Eighteenth Egyptian Dynasty. This was all during the Egyptian period known as the new kingdom; and I reigned this dynasty for approximately ten years; I became the most famous of Pharaoh’s not just for the mere reason of how young I was when I became pharaoh; but that the tomb that belonged to me was discovered mostly intact, and full of treasure in the 20th century. [1] Tutankhamun was not the name given to me at birth, but instead Tutankhaten (meaning "Living Image of the Aten”) given to me by my parents. [2]I the pharaoh was discovered by Howard Carter on November 4th, 1922 in the Valley of the Kings. [3]
I never knew my biological parents; but ancient inscription insist that I am the son of a king; but it is not known of which king. Although some believe Akhenaton was my father, also known as Amenhotep IV; due . My parents were never discovered or identified, but researchers believe that my mother may have probably been Kiya; for the reason that Nefertiti, Akhenaton’s primary queen, gave birth to only daughters. So Kiya has been suggested to be my mother. [4]I later altered my name in my second year as ruler to Tutankhamun which means ("Living Image of Amun, Ruler of Upper Egyptian Heliopolis"). I king Tut took throne right after the death of Akhenaton, When I took my rightful place as pharaoh when I was about the age of eight; I became pharaoh when I became married to Ankhesenpaaten, my half sister and daughter of Akhenaton. My and my wife gave birth to two children, both girls and both died as babies, whose bodies were later discovered in tomb.
