Life is full of journeys. Life itself is a journey, from birth to death. A journey has a starting point and a destiny. Some journeys, we choose to take, but others, we're forced to take. By the way LIFE is a journey that we were all forced to take. Has any of our mothers asked us, before they conceived us, whether or not we wanted to come to this life?
It can be a historical, political, cultural, or economical journey. Iraq is a perfect example of a nation going through the toughest time of its historical, political cultural and economical journey … all four in one.
Journeys can be made of smaller components. Life journey is composed of many different types of journeys … a physical journey with growth and aging that has its own story of health and sicknesses … an educational journey with its academic milestones, including the HSC where we are now … a psychological and mental journey with all the factors that contribute to the changes of attitudes and behaviors.
Journeys can be hard or easy. We don't learn much from EASY journeys. We only enjoy them. But it is HARD journeys that shape our personality, strengthen our will, deepen our thoughts, and create of us men and women of true character.
Statements:
Journeys that we're forced to take, have a set destiny that's adversely against our will. While journeys that we choose to take, have a goal and a reason … to reach what is higher and better … more fulfilling or satisfying. In fact our destiny or goal is where our hearts are … where our hopes, passions and desires reside.
On that destiny, we set our sight and mind and all our senses put together … our wisdom and intelligence join our strength and might, working together in perfect coordination to reach our goal. A map, guidance and advice, are necessary, and hopefully being sincere and correct.
