Islam is like many other religions, in which that there is a God. The Islam religion is the acceptance and the teachings of God, which were pasted down by his last prophet Muhammad. It is made up of many beliefs, one of which is the belief in God. They believe in only one all know, all powerful, and true deity. As in their book it says, “He is God, the One. God, to Whom the creatures turn for their needs. He begets not, nor was He begotten, and there is none like Him.” (Quran, 112:1-4) They can not pray to or worship any but God. Islam has many things they don’t believe about God, which is that they do not believe he rested on the seventh day or that he can take on the shape of a human. They do not believe that God is Jesus. Another belief is the belief in Angels. The Muslim people do believe in angels and that they stand with God, to serve him. They believe that God revealed books to his prophets to guide mankind. One of these books was the Quran. They believed in people that acted as prophets and messengers to God. Among these people were Abraham, Moses and Jesus. They think that there will be a day of judgment in which were God will resurrect all the people to judgment them on how they lived there lives. They also believe in Al-qadar which is a belief in free will. They think God is all knowing and he records all that has happened. That things happen because God wants them to happen, and that he is the creator of all.

There are many similarities and differences between Islam, Judaism, and Christianity. First they all believe in there being only one god, and that he is all knowing and all powerful. They all believe that there will be a judgment day, were everyone will be judged for there sins. They believe in prophets, that God speaks through people. Some of the differences is that in Islam God is not vengeful, like in the Christians bible.
