Billions of dollars have been spending on the IT infrastructure. U.A.E Government is trying to make a balance between social political, economy & technology. Information Technology has brought revolutionary changes in government services in recent 5 years.

There was millions of dollars in funds allocated in different projects but in the absence of proper infrastructure strategy & project management plan. The projects are incomplete and unable to meet their prime objective.

INTRODUCTION

Much of the current discussion of cyber management and public administration focuses on Information technology (IT) can be used to increase efficiency and performance within public agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. However, some new technologies might also be employed by public agencies to engage citizen in the policy-making process for the purpose of enhancing both democratic participation and government responsiveness to citizen demands.
