Abstract
The generally accepted definition of health is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being”.Health is a resource for everyday life. Good health can support us a power to do everything. Some people said that the health is the same as wealth that is essential to maintain our life. Heart is the major organ of body that also related to our health.
Nowadays, the rate of premature death is increasing in teenager that is one of the serious problems in Hong Kong. The statistics show us that heart disease is the major factor of premature death. As this problem, premature heart disease is becoming a public hot topic. Even media is beginning to concentrate on this topic.
Lifestyle, stress level, quality of sleep and environment was changing rapidly within these 20 years. There are a lot of health problems induced by these factors. Bad lifestyle and excess of fat intake from diet will increase the risk of heart disease too. Heart is a major organ of our body that cannot be replaced. However, heart disease is a serious problem and become premature.
In 20 years ago, the term “Premature death” was not popular and has not been concerned in public. They did not take too much notice of health due to lack of case of premature death .
Take a responsibility to your health now! And obtain a good lifestyle that can far away from premature death.
