Most of the people prefer fast foods and foods cooked in microwave oven instead of preparing and cooking foods at home that takes longer. The trend of having food quickly has advantages and disadvantages. I think this kind of food is not beneficial to society for these reasons: it is bad for people’s health, people will forget about cooking themselves at home.
The only benefit of eating fast foods and foods cooked in microwave oven is to save the time. There are many people who live in rush. In this case, it is hard to find time to cook a meal at home. Therefore, fast foods and foods cooked in microwave oven are a solution for those people. However, there are many drawbacks of fast foods. Since fast food restaurants have become famous, people do not eat balanced. That causes serious health problems later. Especially for children, to eat balanced is essential for proper growth. Eating so much fast foods in childhood might cause growth disorders that might effect on becoming obese and fat, then growing up a lot of them reveal having heart diseases.
If people eat fast food often, they will forget their traditional dishes. Every country have their own traditions and culture and they should preserve them. Fast food also can make people become lazy. One day everyone might forget about cooking at his house, gathering with the family around the table and having food speaking and enjoying the time. The food made at home is full of vitamins and beneficial ingredients, which provide health for whole life.
Overall, we can conclude that to eat fast foods and foods cooked microwave ovens is to play with our health for the base of saving a little time. When we lose our health, neither money,

Fast food is more immediately gratifying and pleasurable to consume than home cooked food. Americans are addicted to instant gratification. One of the easiest things to get in our country is fast food. Many families have sport activities, school functions, or church to attend throughout the week. This makes the readily available fast food chains even more appealing. There are fast food chains located inside gas stations, airports, themeparks, and rest stops. They are even built inside some grocery stores! It does not matter where people are, they are always just a "drive-thru" away from some artery-clogging, greasy foods. The convenience of being able to drive a vehicle…

Then they "treat" themselves to a meal out, by visiting a burger or pizza restaurant, or if they're feeling in need of a healthy meal, a steak and fries restaurant!…
