*Why had Norway been important during World War 2?
The Goal of Achievement in this investigation is to asses the factors that led to , the Attack of Norway by Nazi-Germany during the beginning of world war 2 . Some of the big topics that will appear in this Essay will be , the attack on Norway, further it will discuss Norway’s very small resistance, the involvement of British Troops in Norway , Germanys interest in total of Norway, and what Norway was supposed to be used to . The evidence in total is mostly different books and several Secondary sources.
The Primary book sources that have been used are “ Norges Verste Dager under 2 verdenskrig. “ or “ Tyskland Okkupasjonen ” by Kristian Holme. As well as “Norways defeat under the attacks in Rjukan, Telemark” by Erik Torgersen.
B-Evaluation of Evidence
As in 1939 Germany had captured Poland, Hitler’s and his NAZI government where looking after a second frontier where they could install themselves , as the war had more or less died down as neither Nazi Germany or the Allies consisting of the France, Britain and The United States both the Allies and Germany found Norway as an interesting point for Operations.
