TEAM Williams Steps 2 Success Training
Welcome to Interclean and the Williams Sales Team. We are glad that you have joined us and we look forward to helping you succeed as a professional. Our Steps 2 Success Training is best training program in the company. Our sales team has won numerous awards for top production, customer service, and community service. We believe that in order for you to develop as a successful professional, there should be two types of training in business and personal development. We understand that business is important however, it is contingent on the success of an employee’s personal development. The overall training process is sixty days.
Training
The Steps 2 Success training begins in the classroom with Eric Borden and Terry Garcia as the facilitators. The purpose of this program is so the new trainee can become more familiar with the products and services of Interclean. In this program is where the trainee will learn the company history, our products and services, features and benefits, and compliance standards. This content is provided by Interclean and to be used for internal purposes only. This class will consist of oral and multimedia presentations and will last one week. There will be assessments for knowledge of our products and services prior to completion of the first week of training such as a multiple choice test. This training also includes the Occupational Safety Hazard Workplace Safety video training as well as Hazardous Materials video training and are federal requirements followed by signed agreement of training.
The next week will consist of Personal Development training modules. The purpose of this training is to develop the employee as a professional with education on leadership, sales, customer service, goal setting, time management, motivation and diversity.
