Saskatchewan it is largest metropolis city of Canada. Saskatchewan was very rich with natural resources and it also has grown green lentils and chickpeas to export. There are many different type of problem that faced by Saskatchewan such as labour shortage, climate, undeveloped infrastructure, low population and so on. Infrastructures underdeveloped are the major problem in Saskatchewan. Lack of infrastructure will affect the population in Saskatchewan to become very low. Residents in Saskatchewan may plan to migrate to other countries which have better welfare. It also may affect the investor did not invest in Saskatchewan because it is lack of infrastructure. There are some solution that can overcome the lack of infrastructure in Saskatchewan such as the government invests more money to improve and expand infrastructure, tender more different infrastructure contracts to other countries, promotion to inform investors in other countries that Saskatchewan had been improve all the infrastructure and also provide more welfare in Saskatchewan and so on. In this solution Saskatchewan government may have the directly decision making right on the entire infrastructure develop projects. It may attract many investors invest in Saskatchewan which Saskatchewan had developed the entire infrastructure. Population rate in Saskatchewan may also indirectly increase with more investors invest at Saskatchewan and more labour migrate to Saskatchewan. To archive all the infrastructure projects in short terms infrastructure department, finance department, diplomacy department, research and develop department and other department in Saskatchewan government should be responsible.
