Introduction
Background
Since the stock market crash in 1987 and the Asian crisis in 1997, it is a great challenge to run a company under the current economic market. (Davidson & Griffin, 2000, p.80). Therefore, the majority of businesses require a high level of management skills now in order to help the company deal with dynamic circumstances and achieve goals such as gaining the maximum profit for the firm, running the organization efficiently and effectively to survive or making the firm stronger. There are many useful strategies to achieve these aims such as leadership skills and communication skills, establishing trust between the manager and the staff, and creating a partnership between the company and the customer. To a Human Resource Manager the most important thing is employees. However, employees are the foundation of companies. In addition, a successful company needs employees to work hard. How to manage staff and how to make employees more invested in the company's life become one of the most things.
