According to every organization, there is variety in size, aims, functions, complexity, construction, the physical nature of their product, and appeal as employers, so do the contributions of human resource management. But, in most the ultimate aim of the function is, to ensure that at all times the business is correctly staffed by the right number of people with the skills relevant to the business needs. The penalties for not being correctly staffed are costly. That is why we need to study and learn more about how to do the effective human resource management function, which is an essential task.

Moreover I would like to analyze one specific job, in order to get a clearer viewpoint and understand better for all these specific theories of human resource management tasks.
