In recent years the role of Resources has changed. These changes have been influenced by globalization, ethics, diversity, technology, as well as electronic commercialization. This is a closer look to each one of these influences to Human Resources.
Globalization
Globalization poses distinctive HRM challenges to businesses, especially those operating across national boundaries as multinational or global enterprises. Global business is characterized by the free flow of human and financial resources especially in the developed economies.
