In this world there are many religions and beliefs and with these come many actions and things that are done through there believes. One of the beliefs that I want to talk about is the Hindu religion. Hinduism is one of the oldest religions that is known from man and originated from India. Hinduism is also believed to be not just one of the biggest religions that is known but one of the top three following Christianity and Islam. With Hinduism being one of the biggest religions it has spread in many places, from India to places like Trinidad, Pakistan, Fiji, Tobago, and Guyana. The Hindu religion involves many things that people do not or would not believe or act in but there are many things within Hinduism that people are involved in also. Yoga for example is something that comes from Hinduism believes and branches off into other religions and believes. Many people take yoga as an exercise course or a relaxing course, not knowing the history or believe behind yoga.
What makes up the Hindu religion? This is a question that cannot be fully answer but it can be given some insight on. Hinduism is made up of many beliefs and teaching that has been handed down from generation to generation. One of the beliefs that are taught is Chakras. Chakras are believed to be religion, body, and soul rap together. Another belief is the Guru. Gurus are believed to be someone who is very knowledgeable of the Hindu teaching and the Hindu beliefs. They hold a very high position within the Hindu belief. Other things like the clearing of the mind, body, and soul are a teaching that has been pass down from generation to generation. These are things that are believed to come from the great teachers of their past.
