Global Communications has been dropping for the last three years from a stock value of $28 per share to $11 per share currently. This is a depreciation of more than 50%. The competition has mainly been in the area of local-long distance and international markets. They have been offering the consumers complete solutions with deals that encompass the entire sphere of media and communication packages combined. Global’s board of directors are getting concerned because they need a plan to counter this and launch a plan to regain the old customers and attract new ones. This report is going to present a solution looking at the various dimensions. It will address the issues GC experienced, the possible solutions, how to implement the solutions, and also craft a vision and goal statement before concluding.

Global has been experiencing a declining stock value for the last three years. The other companies have been developing the market around package deals and selling them with the telephone, cable, and other media already included. Global has to find a way to address this new threat and develop an income profit margin to make up for the lost market. They had to accommodate the extra expense to launch the new business plan without jeopardizing a larger profit loss. They will also market the company internationally. Along with this they had to find ways to avoid morale dropping and risk productivity losses. The final issue that exists is the PR nightmares that normally accompany this type of corporate management.
