Company Profile
Friar Tucker International (FTI) is a hospitality services chain that manages 35 entertainment and cuisine establishments. FTI employs approximately 1,200 individuals and generates revenue in excess of $300 million. Ricardo Bellini CEO has set up a Project Selection Committee (PSC) to identify the type of projects the company should consider. The PSC is expected to enable the company to align strategic objectives.
The Galleria Project is Richard Bellinis’ choice. His invasions are a multi-screen theater, sports facilities and maybe even a shopping mall. He would like to add a bowling alley and some pool tables. To ensure revenue streams are enhanced, our team has reviewed the execution of the projects. This entailed reviewing the new areas and hence the opening up of new opportunities. Project Galleria scores very highly.
Some resistance came from the PSC. Personal preferences and organizational politics had to be negotiated in terms of fit into the organizations focus.
