Frankenstein

The novel Frankenstein shows character shifts and how the effect the plot and outcome of the story. This novel describes my own daily experience. I understand being obsessed with things that might do harm. I certainly don’t have the knowledge to create living beings, but I do know that others need money for food and clothes, and that I spend mine on video games, computer programs and movies. I know that some of the food I eat is harmful to the ecology, but I eat them never the less. These conflicts between knowledge of responsibility verses personal desires are not that different from Frankenstein’s uncontrollable obsessions. This caused me to realize that I have been shifting many ways through out the years. When I was young I didn’t care about what I ate as long as I ate, because my parents were newly weds and had very little money the first couple of years of my life. As time progressed more money started to flow and I was able to eat out more often and got use to eating anything that I felt like. When my other brothers and sister were born I had to star eating more home cooked meals and at first I didn’t eat if it wasn’t something I liked but I was forced to shift back to my old ways and to appreciate meals at all. Now that my parents don’t have to spend so much money on clothes and such we are staring to eat out more often again. I have promise myself no matter how much we eat out I will always appreciate the food I am eating. If I do not finish the food I will bring it home with me even if it is the smallest morsel left I appreciate that I eat every night. I have started working but don’t have a car, or have to pay rent, or have a girlfriend (at least not for the now) so I use all the money I make and am supporting 12 children in 4 countries at 1 dollar a day. I have been given pictures and had received a letters a; thanking me for what the money I had sent. What I saw as a dollar in reality to them was a week of food and bedding. They knew...
