Adventure Day One is a real life journey of Rickey and his family as he travels the road of being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, AML Leukemia. The outlook was not in his favor giving him an expectation of living only two to three years. Adventure Day One was the term Rickey used on October 15, 2002 as the subject line for our first of many email communications from the hospital to family and friends. Share the experience of how Rickey and his family journey through his treatment and how they face death and show those around them it is all about attitude.
