II. Strengths and Weaknesses Hotel kimberly is very elegant 4 star hotel. The ambiance was good and the amenities is complete, it is compose of tissues, bath gel, shampoo, soap, lotion, shower cap, sewing kit, shaving kit, and toothbrush kit. But as I noticed hotel kimberly do not have their own laundry department. Therefore all of their linens like bedsheets, pillow cases and duvet cover they need to call a laundry shop outside the hotel to pick up all the linens. And that’s the reason why sometimes the hotel suffering a little shortage of linens because the jumpin laundry delay the delivery of those. For me the
