Creativity, Common Sense, and Ethics to Obtain Wisdom and Knowledge

One should obtain an education as a high priority in our society to compete with the world. To inspire people, and to become a productive member of society, I chose a career pathway which involves helping people. I will impact humanity on a grand scale by pursuing a degree in the science field. I plan on becoming a biologist in the genetics field.
To achieve my dream of stepping up the paradigm, I need to achieve high grades as an undergraduate to attend any university of choice. I plan to attend the University of California at Berkeley because the school has an excellent program, and also consider the San Francisco Bay area my home. Since I plan to attend a highly competitive school, I need to raise my grade point average. I must attend class and participate actively to earn high marks in my classes. When I attend class, it allows me to gain knowledge from professors and peers not available otherwise. Active participation in class leads to absorbing the information received and enhances my critical thinking skills. To harness this potential, I need to engage in class material, text books and other resources. Continuing to build my study skills will also help me achieve my goals. By making high grades in my classes, I should be able to attend the college of my choice.
Since returning to school, attending University of California at Berkeley has been a goal of mine, because the school is the fourth rated biology program in the nation. While researching the school I learned that half the students accepted into the Molecular and Cell Biology program have a 3.6 to 3.75 GPA upon entrance.
