In order to discuss my ethical value, how I came up with my ethical value and how I apply them. One most first thing I must define are my results of my ethics awareness inventory which may not fit me exactly but it will give some insight to how I approach my ethical views. I will discuss my ethical style as it relates to character, obligation, result, and equity. My ethical perspective views are based on results and it less likely based on equity. I believe that ethics relies on the ability of individuals to make sound moral and judgments and also that human being have intrinsic value and we have the right to individual respect and have a moral right to experience the good life which I feel is measure in part by the level of satisfaction expressed by the majority of the people who make up our society. And there are no standard for what right or wrong because with new knowledge and different circumstance, it may be necessary to change one's beliefs periodically. I guess my views some what have me down pack in part due to my religious belief doing unto other as you would have them do unto you. This is acting in a morally responsible manner in dealing with other people, maintaining honesty and respect for other people. Also you reap what you sow, I must take into account the consequence of my actions at all times. At my current place of employment these values are tried everyday working in HR you have to always do what is moral right for employees using truth, fairness and integrity to guide all professional decisions and relationships. Showing respect for all fellow professional. When applying these ethics to the decision making process all possible angles have to be thought out and looked at. And you have to decided on some ground rules and realizing that they may not be the same for everyone because everyone has a different set of ethics and if conflict arise you have to look at the ethical implication, or if there's any ulterior motives and then ask yourself is...
