DECENTRALIZATION PLAN READY FOR AHTISAARI

On front page, following the last meeting of the Kosovo Political Strategic Group, Koha Ditore reports that 9th of January is the last deadline when the political group should finish the basic plan on decentralization and then send it to the Kosovo Negotiation Group.
According to the newspaper the basic plan on decentralization, which does not mention establishment of municipal pilot units in Gracanica and Partes, should be finalized as soon as possible, because according to sources, it should be ready for the next meeting between Kosovo negotiation team and Martti Ahtisaari, and also to be taken in Vienna by Minister Lutfi Haziri in the meeting with his interlocutor Zoran Loncar.
