Firstly I would like to show gratitude to my teacher Mrs. Hill which planted the knowledge which I needed to start and complete this S.B.A in my mind. All of this could not have been possible without her. I even so would love to express thanks to my older brother André for supporting me financially and by motivation to do my best on this project. Last but not least, I would like to thank the Lord for letting me remember what I have learned and utilizing my knowledge to put together this production S.B.A. which I am sure in the future will assist me in my choice of profession.

Executive Summary
Pastry Palooza will be formed by two persons of different backgrounds deciding to pool their resources, knowledge and experience. First there is Andrew Emanuel which has had 3 years of experience working at Captain’s Bakery as a certified bakery after finishing studies in that nature of profession. Secondly there is Brianna Newman which is a former food and nutrition researcher of an international food chain corporation and has 16 years of experience and has maintained a high rank.
Pastry Palooza hopes to bring out an introduction of new ideas by procedures such as both fission and fusion in order to ensure that our bakery will not be “the norm” and that prediction will not be possible and in turn a fresh nature will be present. In addition the type of bakery will vary from around the world and so will introduce different bakery to customers, especially to those who are not able to travel the world.
After a series of calculations, it was seen that a total of $ 1,500,000 from loans and savings will be needed to cover the expenses of Pastry Palooza such as a Insurance,
