If I had enough money to purchase either a house or a business, I undoubtedly (certainly, definitely) would chose to buy a business. In this essay, I will name some advantages of buying a business. By doing business, I not only could buy a house, but also live in prosperity and help my relatives.

The main thing is that, I believe that if I do business, I will purchase a house too. Perhaps, I do not purchase a house now, but if I do business, I will gather money and purchase a house later. In a result, I will have both a business and a house. In addition, I cannot purchase an expensive house for this money right now, but, after doing business some time, I can afford to purchase an expensive one.

Another thing is that, by doing business I will earn good money and purchase other things too, such as a car, an expensive TV, a computer and so forth. Furthermore, I can dress well and eat well, in other words I will live in prosperity. By contrast, if I purchase a house, I only have a house. It means I cannot purchase anything else, because, I cannot earn any money.

Lastly, I can help my relatives. If I have my own business, my relatives can work here and earn money for their livings. Moreover, I may give them some money so that they will open their own business. If they open their own business, then they can earn much money and some day they may help other relatives.

In conclusion, buying a business is the best for me. I am sure that by doing business, I can have both my own business and buy a house. I earn much money that I will (can) purchase other things too. My whole relatives can benefit from this business. Chocolate
