Introduction

Maintaining good relationships with children and young adults is important to preserve effective communication. It is important to define the needs each individual has and to use appropriate behaviour. Almost every child and young adult learn to communicate through the answer of others. So in general if they feel that their input is not appreciated, they are less probable to begin the communication themselves.
Respecting and valuing others views are essential if we need to develop good relationship. This can be done by listening carefully giving the
