Because, in our society today there are many fast foods restaurants. That advertises foods that make people want to get involved in not eating healthy. There are ways to stop this way of preventing the advertises. If people would create an diet plan by the week and creating the meals and snacks in a chart that can improve a healthy eating procedure. Healthy recipes as well and that can keep the body self motivated in the long run of your life time.
Second of all, keeping the body in shape is also a part of an healthy eating procedure. Why? Because, just lying around after eating is not good at all that causes more fatness to build up around the heart. Physical activities keeping the body in shape is part of the key of eating healthy. Daily exercises such as walking which reduces heart attacks and jogging. Keeping the body in shape can release the stress from eating a lot of junk foods. Most of the time when stress builds up on people emotionally they deal with their stress by eating. That only makes it hard for your body to stimulate with health problems. Which can occur to a lot of failure of the heart.
Third of all, eating healthy can reduces heart failure. Most mans don’t live to see the age of 40 years old. Because of heart attacks eating healthy is a positive way to life.
