Executive Summary

Playboy enterprise's is the world's best known and best selling magazine. They offer much more than just magazines but a variety of adult material that is available to the public. They generate revenue from four different streams, publishing, licensing, online, and through TV. The enterprise is becoming more diverse with their material and also more globalized with the expansion of their magazines to other countries and through the internet. Our group really enjoyed researching Playboy and enjoyed every aspect of putting together this project.
First, we described the Mission Statement and goals of Playboy. Next, we talked about the Product and service portfolio and how Playboy generates its revenue from different streams. Third, we discussed the Profit dynamics and the market share that the company holds. Fourth, we showed how the different technology is applied to the enterprise.
