Discussing Egypt And Mesopotamia

Mesopotamia, Egypt and Chine are the first settled communities in history. Mesopotamia was situated between Tigris and Euphrates rivers. It consists Sumerians, Acadians and Babylonians societies. They took a big role in history of Mesopotamia. Egypt was settled in northeastern Africa and it benefited from Mesopotamian trade and technology. China was located in the shore of the Huanghe (Yellow Sea). They emerged from the unification of large village communities that had developed along the Haunches.

The development of these great early civilizations in the Middle East,
North Africa and the big part of Asia inspire a first effort at comparative analysis. Because of different geography, different cultures, and different prior beliefs. Egypt, Mesopotamia and China were in contrast to one another in many ways. Egypt emphasized strong central authority, while Mesopotamian politics developed more frequently over a substructure of regional city-states. And China was affected by Mesopotamia however Mesopotamia gave writing, law and their other achievements.

These cultural differences can be explained partly by geography. First authoritative monarchy established in Mesopotamia. They had a powerful army, and also there were many wars in Mesopotamia because of existing many petty cities but they had power for defending from enemies. In Egypt there were pharaohs. They were the king of the country and also they announced themselves as god. They wanted to seem as God King and some of them lived in Pyramids. There were lot pharaohs for controlling some different places in Egypt and also these pharaohs were more authoritarian than Mesopotamians. Chinese civilization grew up from the unification of big village communities that had increased along the Huanghe.

These societies traded extensively, but there was a difference in economic
