There are lot of other factors apart from epidemics, wars and famines etc., which are socio-economic In nature, and are:
1. Rural and urban living.

3. Occupation: some occupations, profession may be determined to health, e g working i chemical, nuclear or metallurgical industries or mining, some laborers already in poor health are affected.
4. Racial factor : certain diseases’ are more prevalent in certain races.
5. Climate: high death rate is observed in tropical areas, the effect of racial difference is also to some extent regional and difference in living conditions (economy) diet and hygiene etc., thus is not purely due to climatic or biological factor.
