Personal Profile:
I had 2 week of work experience at Iceland Frozen and I have learnt a variety of skills such as putting products in the shelves. I have also learnt how to deal with the costumers. At school I help a person who doesn’t speak English very well. I can speak Italian and Portuguese.
Education and Qualifications:
During secondary school in year 10 and 11 i have taken History, Geography, BTEC science, BCTE hospitality and GCSE Italian. The grades that I have was a C in History, E in Geography, Distinction in Hospitality and A* in Italian. I didn’t get good grades in Maths and English but I am hoping to get good grades in College. I have started BTEC business in September at college and by predicted grades is merit,
Work Experience:
I have work at an italian restaurant which it help me to have more experiecen with the customers as you have to be a calm person especially if the customer are complaining about the food. It also give the the change to improve my listeing and communication skills as when working at a restaurant you need to have these type of skills in order to work well.
Skills:
In year 10 I had 2 week of work experience in a shop, during those time I have learnt a lot of stuff such as having a good communication, be able to solve problems. I also speak 3 languages such as Portuguese, Italian and English.
Interests and Activities:
My interests are to finish College and go to university to do international business management. Another interest is Finish University and after I get my degree I would be able to have a good opportunity to have a better job.
