Choices
The Emperors Club was an enjoyable movie about decisions torn between good and bad. This movie is not your average teacher and student film. In most films the teacher who is trying to better the rebellious students always turn out in a happy ending, but not in The Emperor's Club. The Emperor's Club is about a teacher called William Hundert, and a young boy named Sedgewick Bell. Mr. Bell tries his best to anger Mr. Hundert, but Mr. Hundert knows better. Sedgewick's father does not pay much attention to him, so therefore Sedgewick feels like he should rebel to get back at his father. Mr. Hundert thinks Sedgewick has the potential to be at the top of his class. Mr Hundert believes he can change Mr. Bell's rebellious ways. He wants Sedgewick to

As told in the New York post, "But the episode is hushed up-Sedgewick's dad is a major donor-and a disillusioned Hundert is forced to admit defeat to his smart-aleck student". Mr. Hundert felt like he failed Sedgewick as a teacher. His first mistake was changing Mr. Bell's grade. Mr. Hundert basically helped him cheat.
A teacher should never lie about a students grades. It was not fair to the other boy who actually deserved a chance to be...
