Riordan Manufacturing Corporate Compliance Plan
I. Organization Overview
The efficiency of the Compliance Program depends mainly on the leadership attempts of Riordan executives. Riordan employees are required to follow the Compliance Program, in addition, leaders are expected to set and serve as respected, ethical role models. Leadership staff is responsible for informing employees of existing laws, regulations and policies as well as resolution of ethical dilemmas which may arise.
Section I includes guidance for the following key personnel and Committees:
Audit Committees
Compliance Committee
COSO Specialists
Governing Board
Leadership Teams
Legal Department
Associate Vice President of human resources Specific duties are assigned to key personnel to insure the following goals of Riordan Manufacturing: (1) RM will maintain compliance standards and procedures designed to reduce criminal conduct in addition to other Code of conduct violations; (2) Top Management will be responsible for overseeing the Compliance Plan, (3) RM management/staff will not engage in illegal activities, (4) RM will communicate laws, regulations, procedures to all employees, (5) RM will make the most of auditing systems to detect unethical behavior or criminal conduct, (6) RM will cooperate with the federal, state, local governments in any investigations involving RM staff, policies or procedures.

II. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Should an irreconcilable dispute occur that cannot be resolved through negotiation, all parties involved agree meeting at a specific time, date to at resolution through means of mediation. If mediation fails to result in resolution of the present issue, arbitration, litigation or another resolution process will occur.
