NOTE: If you have difficulties to execute the application, you might not have .Net Framework 3.5 installed on your computer. You can download it here: www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325fd-ae52-4e35-b531508d977d32a6&displaylang=en Description: This is an application to generate all timetable matches for MMU students. You can filter both wanted and unwanted timeslot, and find out which matches fit you the best. With Timetable Zen, you could: 1) Filter unwanted subject’s section. 2) Filter unwanted timeslot. 3) Filter preferred timeslot. 4) Save / Load timetable source. 5) Generate timetable matches faster. Subjects Lists

Generate Timetable

This is the main interface of Timetable Zen. You can log into your ICEMS like how you normally do using your ICEMS username and password. The Generate My Timetable button will be available after subjects are chosen in ICEMS.

Step 2:

Subjects to be taken this semester. Filter Subjects’ Section Subjects’ Section Lists Generate Timetable Matches After choosing desired subjects to be taken this semester, the Generate My Timetable button will be available. You can right click on the subjects’ section to filter unwanted section. The application will skip the filtered section in the generated timetable matching list. Click Generate Timetable Matches to start generate the timetable matches.

Back to ICEMS

Once the timetable matches are generated, you can choose the matches within the lists back and forth for the best timetable matches. To get the best matches that fit your preference, you can filter both wanted and unwanted timeslot. For example: 1) If you don’t want 08:00 am to 10:00 am class:

Left click on the two timeslot will filter all the matches that contain 8am to 10am class.

2) If you don’t want 08:00am to 10:00am class as well as all Friday class: Left click on the two timeslot
