Purpose of Assessment: This tool enables you to establish a baseline for your current skill level and identify strengths and areas for development that you can address during the course. Use the Unit 1 column for your pre-assessment and the remaining columns for assessing the coaching skills that you practice during Units 2–5. Even though you will participate in two coaching sessions during Unit 3, assess yourself once in that unit.
