Class Prophecy Sample
I wake up to the sound of my ever annoying alarm clock. I lazily reached for it and pressed the snooze button. With a still tired brain, I stared at the wall for about 5 minutes like I always did until finally, I decided to grab my phone from the desk beside me and looked at the screen. My eyes were fixed on the date today - December 10, 2024. If I remember correctly, today is the birthday of my friend from high school, Wil Fonbuena. I've heard she is now a successful singer in Broadway. They say that not a single seat is empty every time she performs. I sent her a message saying happy birthday and that I missed her so much.
It has been 10 years since I graduated from high school. Undoubtedly, a lot has changed since then. As for me, I am now a prestigious surgeon in the field of cardiology situated here in New York. It was difficult at first but I eventually got the hang of it.
Still lying on the bed, I heard my stomach growl. I finally stand up and head for the kitchen. My house, talking about structure, is personally designed by the famous architect, Michaella Rojas. The interior however is designed by Myriel Castro. A renowned interior designer known for creating interesting innovations. I arrive at the kitchen and start to wonder what I will be making myself for breakfast. I look to left and see my favorite cookbook on the table. It is a collaboration written by two famous chefs namely: Chef Sherry Gibas and Chef Grace Sampol. Sherry now owns several restaurants all over the world -- one being a five-star restaurant in Paris, France. Grace, better known as a pastry chef, owns several branches of cakeries and cupcake stores in many countries. I flipped through the book and decided to make myself some of my favorite strawberry French toast. After eating breakfast, I went to the living room, grabbed the remote and turned on the television. On the entertainment channel, I watch as Kristen Guillermo, Jeanne Mabutas, and Leslie Adina perform their latest hit on

As my family and I stepped d in, we were greeted and welcomed with loud beautiful music, which older families wouldn’t enjoy. I stood head to toe with the overwhelming menu of countless different meal choices. It was nicely dressed in a antique wrap of design around the edges. Each menu choice was separated in categories labeled with elegant and beautiful text, which made me love this place with more passion. I didn’t have one thought of my first choice of a meal for the night. To get saved from the black hole of the Riscky's menu was the generous waiter dressed in a formal manner. She walked up to our smooth wood grain finish table and greeted us with pure sincere gratitude knowing that we didn’t have one clue of what to order. She explained her favorite dish on the menu and I was absolutely certain It was soon to be my favorite as well.…

Wouldn’t everyone love to go out and eat at restaurants every night and not have to worry about spending money? This is what Ruth Reichl does for living. Reichl is an incredible writer, person, and food critic. Reichl disguises herself and eats at the fanciest restaurants in America. “Garlic and Sapphires is Reichl’s third memoir. Her previous memoirs deal with relationships between food and love. Since 2006 I've watched a number of Sandra Lee's "Semi-Homemade Cooking" episodes on The food Network; what captivated me from the beginning was both Sandra Lee's impeccable personal style and the elegance of her kitchen, which she changes for each episode. Sandra Lee is remarkably easy on the eyes - a modern-day throwback to the style, grace and beauty of the 1950's. That crispness is what she represents. Sandra Lee's originality is beyond compare and while she gives credit to her beloved paternal grandmother for instilling in her the love of baking and decorating, Sandra Lee's inventiveness is entirely her own. Many have grown up in challenging circumstances but not everyone can tastefully design a small apartment with inexpensive fabrics.…

When I finally got to my food the look on the lunch lady’s face as I grabbed my food was magnificent they looked so like they loved their job. For my choice of food, I picked cheesy breadstick with a packet of marinara sauce, romaine salad w/ dressing, hash brown stick, a pear, and a low -fat chocolate milk. As I walked back to my table students greeted me and shook my hand and a few came to sit with me. Before I dipped my bread stick into the little cup of marinara sauce I looked at it.The cheesy, baked flavorful and fluffy bread stick looked as if it was caramelized with butter. I broke the bread stick open to look at the cheese. The cheese looked so creamy and delicious I could not help myself I took a bit and the cheese melted in my mouth the bread was doughy but cooked enough to be just right. Next I took a bite into the pear. It was so juicy the citrus was so superior it was magnificent.…

When I was four years old I was asked, "Katie, what do you want to do when you grow up?” To my family's surprise my response was "Work on hearts or brains". This aspiration has never wavered, and has only become more a part of who I am today through first hand experiences and opportunities I have had in the medical field. I have been fortunate enough to see surgeries first hand, work next to medical professionals, and get an idea of what different occupations bring to the table in the field of medicine.…
