Capital Punisment
Should the U.S continue to use capital punishment my answer to this question will be no. My position on capital punishment is I oppose, except for those that are a threat to the U.S. or even your self if it determines your life or there’s. I oppose capital punishment in all criminal cases, because the death penalty has claimed many lives of those who were accused of heinous crimes and was innocent. I also appose the death penalty because it is proven to be uncertain and have many errors, and is used unfairly in our system today. The death penalty is often used for revenge for the victim’s family. Society has allowed revenge to be of an acceptance in our criminal justice system. I believe that no one should be able to determine rather or not if some one crime is heinous enough that they should be put the death. I believe there is a better way to punish some one instead of sticking with the phrase eye for an eye. When an individual is locked down in a cell for twenty three hours a day only getting one hour outside that four by four cell striped of all freedom for the rest of there lives is a far more worse punishment then being put to death because they have everyday to sit a think about the crime they committed. I also feel killing some one for there crime is not going to make them suffer death is just an easy way out.

Doctors pledge they will neither prescribe or administer a lethal dose of medicine to any patient even if asked nor counsel in any such. Having such punishment in the justice system causes doctors to carry out an unjustifiable act which is not authorized for them to do according to the Hypocritical Oath.
Although, Capital Punishment is still available in certain States it as not stop the rise for murder in...
