The first step I would take to solve this problem would be creating corporate global code of conduct. I would make sure that the code goes into considerable details which would cover the following areas: relationships with employees, different business practices, competitive conduct, observance of local and international laws, business ethics and relationships with the public officials. The following code of conduct will aspire employees to adopt and follow to moral and legal practices of the country they are working in. The scenario is taking place in Bernalia, where the circumcision is considered to be legal and morally accepted, the U.S. chief doctor, with the respect to the legal and moral rights of his home country, we have to take specific guidelines in consideration.

The most common way to accomplish this is to enforce ethical impact statements. Based on the information provided in these statements, our corporation would have the ability to change or just modify business practices in much correct, ethical direction.
