Overview
Changing “Chapters” Community Center, LLC will provide the city of Detroit with a place where families can grow closer together by participating in different programs without the burden of high costs. The services will include infant and toddler day care, tutoring services, exercise classes, and various social activities for youth and senior citizens. Each day at Changing “Chapters” will be filled with educational opportunities and health and fitness instruction for youth and their families, which will enhance the vision of each participant.

Changing “Chapters” Community Center, LLC will provide the highest quality of services at an attractive price that will uniquely appeal to the families from a wide variety of backgrounds. The company promises to offer unparalleled support and services to their members and continuously improve and develop their offerings based primarily on the input of those Changing “Chapters” serves.
Marketing Plan
The target market comprises of households with mid to low income living in the Renaissance Zone within 5 miles radius of the location of Changing “Chapters” Community Center. Changing “Chapters” will capture its share of the market by focusing on infant care services and providing services for all ages under one roof at affordable prices.
