Health Status Summary for Mr. Ace
Mr. Ace was born a healthy baby boy on December 31st, 1921. He has lived a long and happy life. He has been married to his wife for 65 years. Unfortunately she is suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease and has had it for four years now. Mr. Ace is half German and half Scottish. He graduated high school and joined the Air Force. Mr. Ace was in a crew aboard B-24 bombers in the Pacific from 1940-1945. After the war he became a licensed plumber and owned his own business in Los Gatos. He retired in the late 80’s.

He now lives in a cute Victorian style home in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood. He has a home nurse that cooks him 3 balanced meals a day, and gives him his meds. She also cleans his house, and does his laundry. She is there to help keep his Golden Years safe and pleasant. His son comes and visits him every weekend and helps maintain the property.
Mr. Ace has lived his entire life a healthy man up until the last few years. He has recently developed type 2 diabetes and has had a pacemaker implanted into his chest. The interview was nice and loud due to his significant amount of hearing loss. He goes for walks around the block every morning and on some evenings. He uses a walker and is assisted with his walks. He has good hygiene and wears Velcro shoes because they are safer and easier to take on and off.

He seems to not know who his medical insurance company is, or what kind of medications he is on. His home nurse “RUNS THE SHOW” and he puts his complete health is in her hands.
Mr. Ace has never touched alcohol or done any recreational drugs. He believes his key to longevity has always been his close relationships with his wife, family, friends,...
