Building an Ethical Organization


Name: The Sauk Village Community Health Care Center

Services Provided: Job training, food, clothing, shelter, education, medical treatment

and all types of counseling. Mental health care also provided. We have a pediatric

doctor, dentist, gynecologist, family practitioner and lab for x-rays and blood work.

Clientele: Anyone from the Sauk Village area: Elderly, disabled, teen mothers,

homeless or anyone seeking help that doesn’t have healthcare. People with low income

are also welcome.

This is a non-profit organization. Most funds are from government grants.

Mission Statement

To protect the health and well being of all clients in the Sauk Village community

especially those most in need. To give service throughout the Sauk Village Community to

help with short to long term care for people with chronic and complex health problems

and those with social and economic problems. We are opening this community health

center to provide care and help to those that can’t get help elsewhere. We are also here to

help the community to thrive and grow.
